We're excited to announce volunteer opportunities for the upcoming Enchanted: Live the Fantasy Event!

July 23-26th, 2026 The Omni Championsgate

Join us in creating an enchanting experience for all attendees.

Daytime Volunteers (Friday & Saturday)

Shift Times:

Friday 8:00am-12:00pm, Friday 12:00pm-4:00pm, Friday 4:00pm-8:00pm

Saturday 9:00am-2:00pm, 1:00pm-5:00pm

Responsibilities: Assist with market setup, attendee assistance, ballroom setup, author and vendor assistance.

Perks: Receive one Spark level ticket to the Everlight Ball

Saturday Evening Ball Volunteers:

Shift Time: 6:00pm - 11pm

Responsibilities: Check-in attendees, assist cast members, and ensure the smooth flow of the evening.

Perks: Receive 20% off a future General Admission event ticket as a token of our gratitude. (Only applicable to available tickets, cannot be used for an already sold out event.)

Saturday Ball Cleanup Crew:

Shift Time: 11:30pm-2:00am

Responsibilities: Packup all decor in the ballroom and load into trucks

Perks: Your choice of a Spark ticket to The Everlight Ball or 20% off a future General Admission ticket. (Only applicable to available tickets, cannot be used for an already sold out event.)
