Ticket & Refund Policy

Nonrefundable Nature of Ticket Purchases
All ticket purchases—including deposits, payments toward payment plans, and full ticket payments—for events hosted by Alluxia Events LLC are nonrefundable under any circumstance. By purchasing a ticket, the attendee acknowledges and agrees to abide by this policy in full.

Responsibility to Review Policy
It is the responsibility of each ticket purchaser to carefully review and understand this ticket policy prior to completing their purchase. Alluxia Events LLC is not liable for misunderstandings or oversights regarding the terms stated herein.

Legal Action Against Chargebacks
Any attempt to dispute charges or file a chargeback with a financial institution is considered a breach of this policy. Alluxia Events LLC reserves the right to pursue legal action, including civil remedies and formal reporting, for fraudulent chargeback attempts.

Policy Updates
Alluxia Events LLC reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated via our official website and/or other official channels. Continued use of tickets or event services following updates constitutes acceptance of those changes.

External Forces and Force Majeure
Alluxia Events LLC shall not be held liable for event disruptions, schedule changes, or cancellations due to factors beyond our control—including but not limited to natural disasters, venue issues, governmental regulations, or other force majeure events.

Ticket Transfer Policy

While tickets are nonrefundable, we do allow a one-time transfer per ticket under the following conditions:

  • Ascendant Tier Tickets may be transferred until January 15, 2026, due to the immersive character involvement required for this level.

  • All other ticket tiers may be transferred until June 1, 2026.

  • Tickets purchased via a payment plan must be paid in full before they are eligible for transfer.

  • Transfers must be formally requested and confirmed through our customer support team. Unauthorized transfers or resales may result in ticket cancellation without refund or credit.

Acknowledgment of Terms
By purchasing a ticket for an event hosted by Alluxia Events LLC, the purchaser and/or attendee confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms and conditions outlined above.
