Embark on a thrilling journey with our Valkyrie Training Boot Camp! Led by Valkyrie, Witch Queen, and Coach Brenna Vidal, this all-level workout immerses attendees in the rich history and training of the Valkyries. Inspired by the series, participants will engage in circuit-style exercises, including Valkyrie Sprints, Lunges, and teamwork components. All skill levels and abilities.

Valkyrie Mind Stilling Class- May 18th, 2024 1pm-2pm
Led by Valkyrie, Witch Queen, and Coach Brenna Vidal, this all-level class explores the art of meditation and breathwork as passed down orally through Valkyrie history. Discover correct breathing techniques, various breathwork methods, and meditation practices in a calming atmosphere. Attire wisely, and bring a yoga mat or towel for gentle yoga and movement.
