The Enchanted market is changing.

For 2027, we're transforming our traditional vendor market into The Revelry: An Alluxian Fantasy Faire — a lively, immersive gathering filled with fantasy merchants, makers, music, games, interaction, shopping, and a little bit of mischief.

And free for attendees!

Our goal?

Ren Faire energy. Alluxian magic. Not a convention vendor hall.

We’ll be bringing in games, activity stations, competitions, quests, a bard, a DJ and so much more!

And we're looking for vendors who are excited to help us build it.

This year, we're being more intentional about the businesses we invite to participate. Incredible products are important, but we're also looking for vendors who want to become part of the experience, create memorable interactions at their vendor space, and help us introduce The Revelry to their own communities.

THE DETAILS:

The Revelry: An Alluxian Fantasy Faire

Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate
Market Hours: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM

Vendor Fee: $175 (Non-refundable. See transfer rules below)

The Revelry will be a one-day market on Saturday.

Each vendor space includes:

• One 6-foot table

• Two chairs

• One black table cloth

You are not required to utilize the table, chairs and table cloth provided, they are simply offered as a curtesy to you.

PLEASE NOTE:

We know many of our vendors also attend conventions and traditional Ren Faires where a 10×10 footprint is standard.

That is not the setup at The Revelry.

The event takes place inside a ballroom at the Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate, and each vendor space is designed around one 6-foot table and two chairs. This usually equates to about an 8×8 space, with a few spaces possibly allowing for a little more space.

All setups must pass approval by the Fire Marshal.

If your normal setup includes multiple tables, large side walls, a 10×10 tent-style footprint, or significant space beside or behind your table, please consider whether you can adapt your setup before applying, or consider applying for two vendor spots.

We absolutely want creative, themed and immersive displays. In fact, we're prioritizing them!

They simply need to work within the space available.

LOAD-IN

Vendor load-in will take place:

Friday, April 23, 2027 beginning at 6:00 PM.

All vendors must load in Friday evening.

Saturday morning load-in will NOT be available.

Once Friday evening load-in is complete, the vendor room will be secured and locked overnight.

Please take this into consideration when making your travel plans. If you are unable to arrive in time for Friday evening load-in, The Revelry may not be the right fit for you this year.

Additional load-in instructions and exact timing will be provided to accepted vendors closer to the event.
