This immersive experience is set to captivate a diverse audience, including Disney adults, D&D players, fantasy enthusiasts, book readers, cosplayers and more, making it the perfect platform to showcase your creations to a highly engaged and widespread crowd.

Marketing Collaboration: We ask all vendors and authors to help promote the event through posts, reels, and stories leading up to ticket sales in July and then through the event date—the more people we can bring in, the more shoppers and attendees you’ll connect with! We need your help reaching new viewers!

Swag Bags

We are offering an exciting opportunity for our vendors to contribute items to our event swag bags. These swag bags will be distributed to upper ticket tier attendees, providing a unique chance for you to showcase your products to a highly engaged and enthusiastic audience. Here’s how contributing to our swag bags can benefit you: Brand Exposure: Your product will be directly in the hands of hundreds of potential customers who are passionate about books and bookish items. Marketing: Inclusion in our swag bags comes with a mention on our event page and on our social media channels, giving your brand additional visibility. Goodwill: Your contribution helps enhance the overall attendee experience, creating positive associations with your brand. Details about the swag bags: Number of items needed: 200 Type of items: samples, small items, discount vouchers, branded merchandise Deadline for delivery: June 1st, 2026 If you’re interested in contributing or have any questions, please let us know by March 1st, 2026. Enchanted Vendor & Author Rules and Regulations

Check-in Time: All authors and vendors must check-in at least 30 minutes before the event starts. Any late arrivals may result in the loss of your assigned space. Booth Setup: Your booth must be set up and ready 15 minutes before the event starts. You agree to run your booth both days, Friday 2-8 and Saturday 9-3. Booth Staffing: Your booth must be staffed at all times during event hours. Booth Breakdown: Booth breakdown can only commence at the official end of the day. The ballroom will be locked overnight, and booths setup within can remain setup. Booths set up in the foyer section of the market can be moved into the ballroom to be secured overnight. Payment: The required $250 sign-up fee must be paid within 14 days of invoice. Failure to do so may result in the loss of your spot. You will not be advertised as an attending author or vendor until this is received. Promotion: All authors and vendors are required to promote the event at least twice per month on their social media platforms from now until July 2026. Use the official event hashtags and tag the event's official social media accounts. Conduct: Authors and vendors are expected to maintain a high standard of professional conduct at all times during the event. Sales: All sales transactions and taxes collected are the responsibility of the individual vendor. Liability: Authors and vendors are responsible for the security and safety of their own booth and merchandise. The event organizers will not be held liable for loss, theft, or damage. Prohibited Items: The sale or display of any illegal or inappropriate items is strictly prohibited. Refund Policy: No refunds will be given for the sign-up fee. Booths may be transferred to another approved vendor. Event Updates: Stay up-to-date with event news and announcements by regularly checking your preferred method of communication. Compliance: All authors and vendors must comply with local, state, and federal laws and regulations related to their business. I agree to abide by all rules and regulations outlined for vendors at Enchanted.
