Vendor Booth Assignments are below.

Friday:

8:00AM- Vendor and Author Load In/Set Up Begins

2:00PM- Market opens for all attendees.

8:00PM- Market closes. Vendors may leave booths up, doors will be locked.

Saturday:

8:00AM- Vendor restock/entry

9:00AM- Market opens for all attendees.

3:00PM- Market closes. Begin vendor load out.

  • You will be provided with a 6ft table, two chairs, and a black tablecloth. Feel free to bring any other decor you would like to use to decorate your space. You’re also welcome to bring a different tablecloth.

  • Please note, nothing can be attached to the walls or floor.

  • We have a group of volunteers who will be able to assist at the market.

They will all have Alluxia “Fairytale Facilitator” T-Shirts and volunteer badges on. If you need someone to help you, watch your booth for a few moments so you can use the restroom and/or grab food, or answer any questions, please feel free to ask them!

  • You are also welcome to bring a helper or assistant with you for your booth.

  • We encourage you to join us on Facebook! Join the group Alluxia Events and you are welcome to post pre-order links or advertise what you will have at the Emporium.

  • If you tag us in your posts on social media as you prepare for the event (IG and Tiktok) we will share them to our story for you!

  • Feel free to reach out if you have any additional questions or concerns!
